Manby Motorplex can offer all of this and more! The venue
has hosted Rally stage events since 1979 on both its tarmac roads
and on the 10 miles of loose surface Rally stages. Visitors enjoy watching action packed Rallies at
Manby Motorplex, and the venue is also available for Rally car testing.
Maybe you're Rally driver in the making? Have you secretly
thought that you could be a Rally driver? Or perhaps like
thousands of other people who have come to us, you just want to
have a go driving a Rally car? Come to Manby Motorplex and
see how you do! In all our Rally activities (except the
taster) the events are for fun and run as a competition.
As part of our Rally driving courses we use state of the art Skid
control cars. We teach the basics of understeer and
oversteer - two fundamentals in Rallying, that can very often be a
Rally driver's downfall. Even when you're not in the driving
seat of the Skid Car, from the back seat you can see first hand
the mistakes that you can make, and learn how to correct them when
it's your turn.
